1.        Treasurer’s Report by Tom Zwack:  Balance $4924.74.  All six members are paid up.  Motion by Jon to purchase roundup and pre-emergent spray with 80” spray bar pump and tank with $1000 budget total maximum, second by Joe, passed.  Tom will purchase.  Pam will let Jim Kitson know of the change of plans and ask him for the use of his water truck one day to have water for mixing and complete the spraying.
2.       Lines need to be redone on field. Lime will be purchased and will be stored in a Rubbermaid tote donated by Tom and kept in the handicapped bathroom.  Lines need two days and two guys with paint rollers.  We need to be ready when the wind quits.
3.       Porta-potties need to be pumped and recharged.  Motion by Pam, second by Tom, passed.  Tom will contact RD Enterprises.  Will be at least $125.  We’ll need to get everything out that is currently being stored in them.
4.       Joe has Bob’s Telemaster for club with 61 Tower motor, new wing kit, etc.  Present wings are just a little dinged up.  Needs a little work and servos for wings.  Belongs to club for use with beginning students.  Joe has it at his house.  Two other airplanes from Bob were taken home by Jon.
5.       Joe is making good progress on “Joe’s Hangar” with the project about 90% complete.  When it is done, we’ll meet there to get a tour.
